In the USA they even have a term for it: Cracker culture.<br /><br />When I first heard the phrase I checked it out and learned it refers to farming peasant type Scottish/Irish immigrants who came to America a long time ago and developed their own insular little communities that resisted change and outsiders. <br /><br />Sound familiar?Deb Onoreply@blogger.com
