In which case you need a mature responsible person to moderate in your absence, someone who understands the importance of maintaining the high standards of your blog, someone who grasps the subtle nuances that so often go unnoticed if posted elsewhere. As it happens, I've just noticed a few openings in my upcoming schedule, rare at this time of year.
