It doesn't necessarily mean less taxation for other things, but it does mean more "play money" for the bureaucrati and their political bosses. It also means fewer tenant demands that cost extra and may be non-recoverable. <br /><br />Never mind the private sector, it will recover quite nicely from the temporary loss. Let's also not forget that United Way is in "partnership" with the County in its foodbank division, which will be paying rent in the same building too.<br /><br />Perhaps before we turn on poor old Pyatt, we should consider who is relly pulling the strings here?
