This cyber monitoring is a very common practice by agents of the Canadian Human Rights Commission.<br /><br />It's something I experienced in the 1970s when state authorities intercepted, read and withheld my mail, wiretapped my phone, and did other dirty tricks.<br /><br />What do you think?
