So don't look for an early declaration from Billy Mac. The last time I looked there were five Police Board members and a Chief of Police managing the budget. What about the Fire Dept budget over the same period under Mr Frost that has skyrocketed. Mr. Frost has even been successful in paying the firefighters the same as police but they get to sleep on their extended shifts.
