I recommend you escalate your concern to senior Bell management - e.g. a paper letter addressed to George Cope, CEO. He may not answer it personally but it gets their attention. This worked well for me on a recent complaint to Cogeco. I think senior management would cringe at your story and would "do something". Their problem is that middle management is not implementing their plan to give good service. Having said that, of all carriers, Bell has had the worst reputation for service in the last decade but has lately improved - believe it or not. And the Toronto Star laid off a whole lot of people recently so they are probably not happy campers - as in "why am I paying Union dues when I can still get laid off?".

Unendurable!

Having spent extended amounts of time in the Warsaw Pact countries during the Cold War, I stood in line for hours on end, outdoors, and to get what? Not much. A scrawny chicken. If lucky. And I was a Westerner with greenbacks.
