This may account for their lack of intellect, vision or ability to think even the smallest matter through. <br /><br />Unfortunately, Mr. Floyd represents more of the same -if not worse. Anyone running for municipal office who denies a party affiliation is simply not telling all there is to tell. <br /><br />That said, John Floyd is a cartoonists dream. He doesn&#39;t even need to be seen eating a banana or fumbling a football.
