Simply convince Toronto people to go one hour east to Cobourg instead of one hour west to Burlington and we too could have 100000 people! And they can get their ribs two weeks ahead of Labour Day! And our beach facilities are another fantastic draw! And the costs for park maintenance, sanitary issues, policing, traffic control, etc. are absorbed!
