I mean, why should only the "new" doctors be showered with all these resources while the established ones simply are taken for granted? It all just smells 'off' to me, especially when the upper levels of government keep playing with and argue about all the health-care dollars we've already paid out through our various forms of taxation. I'm still not clear on why these 'incentives' are not called what they are - bribes.
