Funny but I thought Toronto&#39;s Chinatown would be a big time tourist magnet too, you&#39;d think they&#39;d want to keep it clean as well.<br /><br />Why the hell Miller and the City won&#39;t settle this strike is beyond me. Maybe they&#39;re waiting until they&#39;ve saved enough money by not paying wages now that they can afford to finance the new contracts. They must have a reason to be so stupid!<br /><br />Penny wise and pound foolish, that&#39;s what my sweet Scottish Nana would say.Deb Onoreply@blogger.com
