Sitting next to him at the Town&#39;s public meeting, with his various papers spread all around him, writing feverishly on several pieces seemingly at once, it was clear he was A Man on A Mission. Very sure of himself in his self-cast role as our saviour.<br /><br />So how long has he lived here anyway? You have to be born here to make a pose like that one and pull it off successfully.
