This is an excellent system which means that the rest of the population are not disenfranchised and it is the next best thing to proportional representation. This is too much like John Tory's balmy idea to allow every religious denomination around to set up their own schools. <BR/><BR/>That kind of initiative only divides us more, when what we need is to see that we are all the same under the skin/behind the mask.<BR/><BR/>Cue the songs: "People are people wherever you go" and "It's a small world after all"<BR/><BR/>We need to put a stop to these regressive, wrong headed fixes.
