Are we all conspirators now?
If anybody thinks it was only a conspiracy theory, that the 2004 US election was stolen, they should read this Rolling Stone : Was the 2004 Election Stolen?

I wish I was surprised, but nothing the Right does surprises me anymore.
This all sounds alot like the 1999 provincial election in Ontario, when the Harris tories managed to pull off an unexpected second win, devastating the progressives and throwing us into renewed depression about the future of our province.
There were many irregularities then too; we all heard the stories in our own riding that the Liberals duly collected, then inexplicably failed to act upon.
But, as we survived the Tory Blue Scourge, so will America; bloody but not bowed as they say.

This is sort of related to the topic...
I'd like to know if anyone is feeling anxious or even scared following the arrest of suspected terrorists in Toronto last week, or if people know others who have expressed fear or anxiety about it.
I know someone who is genuinely terrified of an attack here in Canada, even though that person knows the media amplifies and distorts the facts to make us afraid.
Other than telling the person to quit watching the news for awhile, and especially quit watching it on right wing media outlets, I don't know what to say.
Any thoughts?
