I have taken the "Brocanier challenge". You should too. This challenge is to try to change the recommendations of a staff report by making suggestions to it. The subject of discussion is the procedural bylaw that governs public interaction with Council. Read this doc and then comment.

So what can we do about it? Have the "recommondations" been finalized? They suck, that's for sure.
The whole Council sucks in fact, they are disgusting. Can't stand to watch those pompous fools on Cable 10, they make me almost as mad as Brian Mulroney did.
The mayor reminds me of the Emperor With No Clothes, parading about with his purple robe and fancy big chain, oblivious to the fact that we can see right through the affectations to the little boy inside playing King for a Day.
A triumph of mediocrity. Humph!
I don't think the bylaw is set in stone but I don't know if the comments are going to be noted either. we'll have to see how Brocanier handles all the comments
