This goes back to that Democrat asshole called President Billy Bob Clinton with a social activist mentality signed in legislation on the do-good policy that every Amurican should have the opportunity to own a home. Thus the sub-prime was conceived and brought to life. That is the seed bed of the current crisis.
I am not sure what there is to agree with in this article, it doesn't seem to reach any conclusions. Maybe if I was an investment advisor I would be inspired to take up the banjo or long holidays, but other than that, what's the deal here?
