With due respect bike lanes are nice but on a bridge in the middle of nowhere where there are no bike lanes leading to it it does seem waste of money!

So Ben, what proportion of that cash is to be spent on the bike lane? What is a bike lane worth there? Perhaps an additional $10,000 or so, with all the rest going to the rehab part? Fill me in.
