If you look closely, very closly, you will see, or at least I saw or am pretty sure I saw, someone digging in the sand (or at least re-arranging sand) in an effort, apparently, to conceal, inter, dusguise or -gasp!- bury something on the beach. I can't really tell from the video but I'm more than willing to swear on a stack of Presbaterian bibles it was A DIAPER!!! RIGHT THERE IN THE GODAMNED SAND!!! SOME FRIGGIN' "NO CHINESE OR DOG'S ALLOWED" YELLOW UPSTART TAKING GODAMNED LIBERTIES ON OUR GODAMNED BEACH FERCHRISSAKES!!!
I swear. I SWEAR! I saw with my own eyeballs a DIAPER!!! Or part of a diaper anyway. Or something that looked just like a diaper.

I'd like to point out that your video is not showing the segment of our "out of town visitors" that are the problem.Possibly you could take a similar video of those at your earliest opportunity to show your unbiased coverage of this issue?...I'd be very interested to see/hear about your experience.Of course this summer is over, so I suppose I'll have to wait until next summer,but I think you get the gist of my request.
I live opposite the beach and park and I'm sick, tired and fed up with the disgusting behavior of the weekend visitors to our park and beach. I've watched them urinating on resident's grass, digging holes in the sand to use as a toilet, etc. Mr Burd wake up you idiot and take a look at what is really happening to our once beautiful park and beach. You sure have your head buried in the sand.
In answer to ACDS (I wonder what those intriguing initials stand for?) this video is not MY video, because it's on YouTube it's the World's video. I am sure that the numbers of people who watched this charming clip don't have the ionside track as you do. Nut does this admiration of a clip produce a biased view or am I biased because I don't agree with you, or am I biased because I think that we should all share the beach, it is not just a panoramic vista owned by people on Bay St!

Take your video in the park,not only of the law abiding people (most are),but the ones that are causing the problems.I'm sure you're very well aware of whom I'm referring to ,or do I have to spell that out as well, and be branded a racist by you?
Take the blinkers off and look around at the big picture.You may have some credibility if you do so, otherwise....
As I have no reason to be in the Park as often as you think I should why don't you take the video, obviously you have more time to spend looking for the bad guys. If we do not have proof perhaps we could agree that an Urban Myth is prevailing
An Urban Myth ??? That's almost funny if it wasn't such a ludicrous remark for you to make.
If I may put forth a suggestion to you (if you're going to have a blog criticizing people who do have legitimate complaints) you should at least visit the park and see for yourself before you go off on the rants about the residents who do live/visit near the park. One doesn't have to "look" for the people who are creating the problems,they have the total park dominated from one end to the other from early morning to evenings,even after dark.
Again if you visited the park on weekends (even the occasional one) you'd already be aware of that.
All it takes is ONE visit, either Saturday or Sunday around 3PM,and it won't take up much of your valuable time,so please try to make the effort to do so.It would do wonders for your outlook,and negate the need for photos for "proof"(or you could take your own)to convince you of the sincerity of the complaints being aired by the public. Incidently,I wonder who took the video that was posted on UTube ? I suppose you just stumbled upon it one day on the internet ? Of course,now you'll have to save your visit to the park until next summer,but please try to remember to mark your calendar so you don't forget.In the meantime, please give some credibility to the reports that people who do live near/visit the park,as being the truth not some prejudiced right wingers.
