A busy weekend playing with posts and AI, the BR did not do these but talented people in the Community have sent this stuff along.

The first addition to the earlier post was a collection of three AI images depicting the proposed height of the building at 202 Second St. juxtaposed against images of Vic Hall. Done specifically to demonstrate just how much the proposed building will overshadow Vic Hall.

These pics show, graphically, the scale and mass of the structure and despite what the consultants and the Director of Planning say they will have a hard time convincing the majority of Cobourg’s Citizens that this is a good thing.
